THE WORKSPACE
When we designed our workspace, we wanted somewhere that was collaborative, erganomic and calm without being boring.
We have 14 workstations that function both as seated and standing desks. We felt it was important to offer this for everyone, rather than just those willing to pay a premium.
We also encourage longer term residents to bring a screen (or two). If you are going to be a part time resident, we have secure storage available to keep these items safe for you. For our full-time residents, you will have a work station that will remain yours for your term.
To go along with our open plan workspace, we have a residents only meeting room, break out space both upstairs and downstairs, a full kitchen and bookable access to our other meeting rooms. We understand many of you will be professionals who may need to have sensitive conversations with your clients and we have considered this when creating our spaces.
We do want to highlight that we do sit above a gym. There will be music at certain points during the day but we have done our best to build in additional insulation to minimise this noise. We are lucky in our close proximity to the gym though so there is never an excuse to miss a day! We have in-house showers that you can utilise after your workout.
