Being private, they suit those needing private offices for medical appointments, counselling services, or other businesses that need to provide their customers a higher level of confidentiality than can be provided in a co-working environment.

2-4 PERSON OFFICE • FROM $1500 PER MONTH
This office is on the ground floor and is suited to a business who wants to be able to come and go without the hassle of managing building maintenance, wifi, power and making sure there is coffee and tea supplies in the kitchen.
4-8 PERSON OFFICE • FROM $2750 PER MONTH
This office is its own stand alone suite with its own private bathroom and kitchenette. This space would suite a range of businesses with a private space to see clients, a private waiting area or take over the full space as a stand alone office premises.
